A coworker of mine years ago shared this with me. I have been making them for over 20 years. I think of her every time I make them. She was so a wonderful person. Hope you enjoy these quick and easy appetizers as much as we have over the years!

Ingredients For sausage balls

1 lbsausage, either bulk or casing removed from favorite sausage

1 1/2 cbisquick
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage balls

1Mix all ingredients till moist then roll in balls and place on a cookie sheet.

2Preheat oven to 350

3Bake 35-40 minutes serve and enjoy!
