I had this dip at a cocktail party, and loved it. So I experimented with the recipe until I got the flavor just right. Everyone always asks for the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients For reuben dip

  • 1/2 lb
    corned beef, sliced thin and chopped (i used a mini food processor)
  • 1/2 lb
    shredded swiss cheese (i used mini food processor)
  • 1
    16 oz can or bag of saurkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 bottle
    (8 oz) thousand island dressing
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make reuben dip

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a medium bowl, mix corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, the whole bottle of thousand island dressing, and mayonnaise, together until well combined.

    Transfer to a baking dish, or pie plate, and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

    Serve with cocktail rye bread, veggies, or your favorite crackers.
