Always easy and always good!! I just served this at a gathering and got rave reviews, children and adults alike!! I had let this recipe sit for years, but will remember to make this one more often!!

Ingredients For ranch cheese ball

2 (8oz.)cream cheese, room temperature

1 pkgdry ranch dressing mix

1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
6 ozshredded cheddar
-
chopped nuts (optional)
How To Make ranch cheese ball

1Mix all ingredients together except for nuts. Form into a ball. On a piece of foil, place some of the nuts and gently press cheese ball onto the nuts. Take the rest of the nuts and press onto the ball to completely cover. Carefully cover with foil so not to damage the ball. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
