Very easy, easy, easy quick and simple appetizer. Just bake some cheese and serve! Keep some of the cheese around during the holidays, so you can quickly make something for last-minute or unexpected drop-in guests!

Ingredients For quick (!) baked cheese appetizer

12 ozmarinated goat cheese or feta cheese

2 or 3drizzles of olive oil

1 or 2 sprigfresh thyme

1/2 tspwhole pink peppercorns
How To Make quick (!) baked cheese appetizer

1Preheat oven to 325 deg. F. Get out a small, oven proof baking dish.

2Break the cheese into big chunks and put in baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, just until cheese is lightly golde brown.

3Remove from oven. Drizzle with olive oil. Place thyme and peppercorns over.

4Serve with water crackers, triscuits or slices of french baguette.
