This is my way to have Parmesan cheese. So far we have used this mix on popcorn, chicken, pasta dishes, pizza, soups, mashed potatoes, and tons more. I typically use a whole container of pre-grated Parmesan cheese and add my spices to taste, but this time I had to grate my cheese by hand so decided to measure about what I put in. To store, seal airtight and keep in refrigerator as long as you would normally keep grated Parm.

Ingredients For parmesan and herb mix

  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    dried, crushed oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried, crushed basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic poweder
  • dash
    ground black pepper

How To Make parmesan and herb mix

  • 1
    Mix together well and sprinkle on anything you would typically put Parmesan on. Keep in refrigerator.
