I got this recipe at a picnic we went to years ago and I had to have it! We like to eat it with onion crackers.

Ingredients For jalapeno cheese ball

4 1/2 oz

dried beef, diced into small size pieces
1 1/2 c

xtra sharp cheddar cheese shredded, the sharper the better!!!
16 oz

cream cheese, room temperature
4 clove

garlic,minced
1 md

onion, minced
1/2

green pepper, minced
1

jalapeno peppers, minced
2 Tbsp

jalapeno pepper juice

How To Make jalapeno cheese ball

Combine in a bowl half of the dried beef and all of the rest of the ingredients, roll into balls then roll balls into left over dried beef to coat outside of each cheese ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in frigd over night. Recipe can be cut in half.
