Years ago I got this recipe from someone on one of the Ebay Blogs. I renamed it as I have used the recipe for making it with Lobster, Crab, Smoked Fish, or Clams. You can use any type of seafood you like. Try using it with spiced shredded meat or chopped Salami. Or using left over grill vegetables chopped fine. I have even changed the Parma cheese and use other cheeses.

The measurements are not EXACT on the sour cream and mayo. Sometimes it's just a tad more or less. I just grab a tablespoon out of the silverware drawer and use that instead of a measuring spoon. I never level it off either.
