Ingredients For georgia pecan cheese spread

8 ozcream cheese, softened

4 ozblue cheese crumbles

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspground red pepper

1/4 cchopped pecans
-
fresh chopped chives for garnish
How To Make georgia pecan cheese spread

1Combine cheeses and spices in a food processor. Process until smooth.

2In a medium bowl lined with plastic wrap, spread the pecans evenly and top with the cheese mixture.

3Cover with plastic wrap and press down. Chill overnight.

4To serve: Turn out spread onto a serving platter and remove plastic wrap. Top with fresh chives. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
