Everytime my friends and I get together, it is assumed that I will bring this, as everyone LOVES it. I am adding it to this site, as I am tired of re-typing it for everyone as they all request it. Now I can just send them here! I hope you like it also!

Ingredients For feta cheese ball

  • 2, 8 oz ea pkg
    feta cheese, coarsley chopped
  • 2, 8 oz ea pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped red pepper

How To Make feta cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix feta cheese and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add nuts, onions and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate.

    Shape into ball. Roll in additional chopped nuts or chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.

    Note: for smaller molds, recipe may be halved.
