1 cshredded monteray jack, mexican or cheddar cheese- [use 1/2 cup of 2 of the cheeses if you so desire]

2 Tbsponion, finely diced

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 cblue cheese, crumbled

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.

2TOSS CHICKEN WITH THE HOT SAUCE.

3STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE BLUE CHEESE.

4POUR INTO A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE; SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE.

5BAKE UNCOVERED 2O MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLING.
