Ingredients For baked pimiento cheese dip

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained, 12 oz
  • 2 jars pimientos, drained, 4 oz. each
  • 1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 8 oz
  • 1 pkg. pepper jack, grated, 8 oz
  • 2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • assorted fresh vegetables
  • pita chips

How To Make baked pimiento cheese dip

    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

    In work bowl of food processor, pulse cream cheese til smooth. Add mayonnaise, pulsing to mix. Add peppers and pimientos, pulsing til coarsely chopped. Add cheeses, hot sauce, Worcestershire, salt, sugar and cayenne,;pulse just til combined. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or til bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with vegetables and pita chips. Serves 10
