I saw this recipe, and wrote it down, but for the life of me I can't find where I found it lol, they are so good (2-21-12, found where I got this from my ALFA Insurance magazine)

Ingredients For kat's bacon & cheese cups

  • 1-2 pkg
    crescent rolls(depends on what size cups you want to make)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 jar
    real bacon bits (3 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped small
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make kat's bacon & cheese cups

    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, roll out crescent rolls and mold into muffin tin or mini muffin tin, fill with cheese mixture bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes

    *NOTE* 02/01/2012 I made these the other day and instead of using the crescent rolls I used Pilsbury Flaky Layers Canned Biscuits, just rolled them out and placed in muffin pan, I also used regular size muffin pans
