This is very addictive, especially with toasted pecans. I got this in a Taste of Home Magazine. My family loves it.

Ingredients For awesome blue cheese dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    minced chives
  • toasted pecan halves
  • sliced apples or pears

How To Make awesome blue cheese dip

    Toast the pecans in the oven-watch carefully so they do not burn.

    In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and salt and pepper; until smooth.

    Fold in the blue cheese and chives. Serve with the pecans and fruit slices.
