12 oz. blue cheese

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 cup olive oil

4 tbsp. red wine vinegar

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 cup chopped red onion

1 cup minced fresh cilantro
How To Make amazing blue cheese appetizer

1Crumble blue cheese evenly over bottom of a tart dish. Whisk garlic and olive oil in measuring cup. Drizzle over the cheese. ix the vinegar, lemon juice, onion and cilantro in a bowl. Spread over the cheese mixture. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. May be served with tart apple slices and wheat biscuit crackers. Serves 10
