Ingredients For almond cheese

1 pkgcream cheese (8 oz)

1 pkgcream cheese (3 oz)

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

2 Tbspsugar

1 pkggelatin, unflavored

1/4 cwater
-
1/2 cgolden raisins
-
1 tsplemon zest, grated

1/2 tspalmond extract
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 calmonds, chopped
How To Make almond cheese

1Allow cream cheese and butter to soften. Cream together; add sour cream and sugar, mixing well. Combine gelatin and water in saucepan; let stand one minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in almonds,raisins, lemon rind and extract. Mix with cream cheese mixture. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart mold or a bowl lined with plastic wrap; chill until firm. Unmold on a serving platter and garnish with strawberries.
