These little gems were served at a Super Bowl party I attended last weekend and everyone commented on how good they were! These are very easy to make and will serve approximately 6 - 8 individuals. Excellent for any occasion!

1 pkgmini multi-colored peppers
-
1 pkghot sausage (preferably jimmy dean)

8 ozcream cheese

8 ozgrated italian cheese
How To Make stuffed multi-colored mini peppers -steph

1Cut the peppers in half and remove any seeds. Fry sausage and drain grease. Mix the softened cream cheese, sausage, and Italian cheese together.

2Stuff each pepper half and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
