guacamole lobster dip

This can be served on tostadas -- with or without the lobster. Crab meat can be used, too. I would add a bit of heat to this though.

Ingredients For guacamole lobster dip

  • 1 lg
    avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • lobster meat, for dipping

How To Make guacamole lobster dip

  • 1
    Blend all ingredients, minus the lobster meat. Chill well. Serve as a dip for the chilled lobster meat.
