Ingredients For cauliflower "hot wing" bites

  • 1 bunch
    cauliflower
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • dash
    dash of your favorite hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    favorite hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    salted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • ranch dressing for serving

How To Make cauliflower "hot wing" bites

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, blend flour, water, hot sauce, garlic salt and dried onion.

    Evenly coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter. Place coated cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.

    Sauce: Mix together hot sauce, butter and salt. When the cauliflower has finished baking, remove it from the oven and evenly coat each piece with the sauce. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce has somewhat dried and the cauliflower is crispy. Let cool before serving. Serve with Ranch dressing. Refrigerate leftovers.
