Ingredients For creamy chicken spread

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green onions, chopped

How To Make creamy chicken spread

    In a small bowl, combine the 1st 7 ingredients; mix well.

    Stir in the chicken, eggs and green onions. Shape into a 8"x2" log. Cover and chill.
