Ingredients For very "gouda" pimento cheese

  • 1 1/2 c
    smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    worcheshire sause
  • 2 tsp
    southwest seasoning mix
  • 3 Tbsp
    pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder

How To Make very "gouda" pimento cheese

    Shred cheeses. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Add in mayonnaise, southwest seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, beat to blend.

    Stir in pimenos and cheeses until all combined. Taste to salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1hour or overnight.
