Ingredients For chili relleno pie

1/4 cbutter
-
2 can(7oz) iced green chiles

1 lbjack cheese, shredded (i used mexican shredded)

1 cbuttermilk baking mix (bisquick)

3eggs
-
3/4 tspsalt

2 cmilk
How To Make chili relleno pie

1In a 9x13 baking dish, melt butter. Sprinkle chiles over butter. Spread cheese over chiles.

2In a bowl, mix buttermilk biscuit mix, eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese.

3Bake in preheated 350 over, 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top
