I always make this a couple of days before, it tastes so much better . We have tried different crackers but so far the Sociable Crackers taste the best.

Ingredients For cheese ball

  • 12 oz
    philadelphia cream cheese
  • 4 oz
    treasure cave crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 oz
    kraft cracker barrel sharp cheese
  • 1
    small clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp
    (heaping) teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    lee &perrins worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c
    finely chopped pecans

How To Make cheese ball

  • 1
    Soften cheeses to room temperature. Combine cheeses with garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of pecans and shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans and wrap in wax paper. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before serving. Garnish and serve with Sociable crackers.
