I just had to test out my new cooling rack that I ordered from Amazon, and it really does work great. Holds quite a few cookies. Seems to be very sturdy, and my husband put it together for me, it is suppose to even hold pies, which will come in handy this coming weekend. Giardeli's Chocolate was awesome in these cookies, guess I will need to cut back on something else, so I can splurge & buy this chocolate more often for baking. YUMMY is all I can say.
