Linda I don't know where it went wrong but you can fix anyway you want, thats what cooking is all about, trial and error. I have seen prettier. :) You weren't whining you were just expressing your views. Hope it turns out better the next time.
As you can see from the photo I uploaded, mine looks nothing like this. lol I don't know what went wrong. The pumpkin would not spread and when it attempted to spead it, well, it just didn't work for me. BUT it does taste pretty good. Unfortunately, now we will have to eat it or dispose of it....I'm thinking my husband would protest if I disposed of it!! Thank you for listening to my whining.
