Since getting this recipe, I made them every week in the beginning (ok, every day for the first 3 days...I just couldn't get enough of them!) These are by far the best lemon bars on the planet. I use the salted butter for the crust, unsalted sweet cream butter for the frosting. Thank you for sharing! I get so many compliments.
