If you don't have self rising flour use this substitute: For every cup of all purpose flour add 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. of salt. Mix together.
I would never have thought of using cantaloupe to bake with. After making this EASY recipe that has all changed. This is soooo good. If your Leary about this recipe because of the cantaloupe well just make it. You will love it.
