You said you used cooked chicken which is what I wanted to do too. How much did U use? how many cups shredded or just a layer on the bottom of the pan??

This looks so delicious I'd like to jump right through my computer monitor and land smack dab on top of it! Only thing, might burn myself. Well...needless to say this is on my "To Cook" list! I love the fact that you make your dumplings using the self rising flour instead of a bisquit mix (not that I have anything against it, I do it all of the time) Thanks for sharing!
