It becomes a challenge the more you add, that's for sure. But at least you get to skip the gym after making a few batches of these. Of course, if you're like me and end up eating half of them, you're right back to the gym lol. Far as the add ins go, I've found that the max the batter can handle is approx. 3 cups (roughly 1 bag of chips plus another cup of other goodies). It becomes incredibly difficult to mix after that and the cookies end up falling apart. So if you want to add several different things, just try to keep the total amount within the 3 cup range and you should be good.
