Cooked With Baking Soda, On Gas Stove, For 18 Minutes (large Eggs) -- Maybe One Minute More Would Have Been Even Better, But These Are Perfect. That Little Crack In The Yoke Is Because I Did Not Let It Cool Before Cutting. Oh Well. Thumbnail For All Eggs Were Easy Peeling When Cooked With The Baking Soda And Peeled Warm Within About 10 Minutes Of Cooking. Thumbnail For Here Is The Test That I Found With The Baking Soda Information. The One On The Left Was Cooked With Baking Soda And Peeled. The One On The Right Was Cooked In Plain Water And Peeled. Thumbnail For The Brown Cage Free Egg Shells With Very Minimal Bits Of Egg Stuck To Them. Thumbnail For My Hard Boiled Eggs Today. Clean With No Peel Stuck To Them, And No Broken Bits Of Egg Missing.
