This pic was taken soon after I added the velveeta cheese. I stirred it more until all the cheese was melted and thoroughly mixed in. It was A LOT of stirring. 4/17/13
This is a very heavy recipe, but delicious for a comfort or even side-dish. I replaced the velveta with combo of farmers cheese and cheddar. turned out creamy, but with natural cheese. Also good using bowtie or rigatoni pastas.
