You're very welcome Lisa. Thank you for posting the picture. Sometimes we take it for granted that people know what we're talking about. I didn't know what a canoe pan was either the first time I heard of it. I should have thought others may be in the same situation. It's always nice to have a picture of odd items or things that aren't common place in everyday cooking. :o)
