Award-winning cook and Park Hills resident Barbara Hahn will be competing in the 2015 World Food Championship in Kissimmee, Florida Nov. 3–10.
Hahn qualified from the “Just a Pinch” competition and is one of three winning entrants in the contest’s chili category. Her recipe, Texas-Style Eggplant Chili, is a meatless variation of one of the most popular dishes on the planet.
