Kutztown resident Susan Bickta’s Fisher nuts “My Fresh Twist” winning dish, Banana Orange Flaugnarde with Toasted Walnut Citrus Sauce was selected by celebrity chef Alex Guarnaschelli, author of the cookbook “Old School Comfort Food.” Susan and her husband recently went to NYC to meet Chef Alex and eat in her restaurant.
