As March Madness is winding down, so, too, is “Menu Madness.”
Launched by Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, the nationwide “chompionship” has placed a local woman and her slam-dunk recipe in the spotlight.
Sue Bickta, of Kutztown, is vying for the top spot – a prize that comes with $5,000 and the opportunity to have a recipe added to Perkins’ menus across the country.
