About Donna
I was born in New Orleans, raised in Metairie (right outside of N.O.), and after a 15 year stop-over in Mississippi, I'm back in Slidell, LA, which is also next door to N.O. I've been married to my husband since March 1984. All of our children have four legs, except the chickens... I prefer to cook savory Southern foods made famous in New Orleans, Cajun and Creole kitchens, as well as handed down Italian dishes. I also bake, (not my favorite thing), but I'm no slouch in the baking department. Buon Appetito!
