I come from a long line of cajun cooks from south LA. I have lived in TN for 40 yrs but still refer back to my favorite heritage recipes. I enjoy cooking, canning, & sewing for my 13 grandchildren and their many dolls! I enjoy DIY projects for my log house and gardening in a rural setting.
