I consider myself a good southern cook, but my husband is one of the best cooks I know! He is a Sicilian by heritage, and tends to cook some of the most awesome recipes from memory. I look forward to sharing some of his recipes! We are tried and true soul mates, who at last found each other. We have, between us, 10 children and 5 granddaughters. Making something that tastes good, and is relatively easy, is an art that we have mastered. Although, I am always on the look out for something new and delicious!
