I write homemaking lessons to post on www.homemakingdivas.com. I will be publishing two cookbooks 1) Food Storage recipes stored in mason jars and 2) Salads in a Jar with nonfat salad dressings. I decided to enter 4 of my food storage recipes in the baking category of the Utah State fair to see how they would compare to fresh ingredients and to my surprise... all 4 recipes won ribbons.
