I'm a single, overweight crone living with my parents. I hope to soon have weight loss surgery and will be sharing new recipes I either find or develop that are weight loss surgery friendly!!

I also suffer from arthritis and other inflammation related conditions. I am currently investigating eating foods with anti inflammatory properties. When I come across a recipe that is tasty and healthy I will be sharing those.
