I'm AJ, a personal chef from Idaho. I've worked professionally as a pastry chef and caterer, and am not known to turn down an opportunity to cook for a crowd. I like to do everything (and I mean everything) from scratch. I enjoy experimenting with seasonal ingredients and new styles of cuisine. I would like to get better at sauces and grilling.
