I was born a Greek and like most ethnic people I was raised cooking with my family. The kitchen was the heart of my home. My mom had a sign hanging in her kitchen that said. Know Matter Where I Serve My Guests. It Seems They Like My Kitchen Best.I remember when my children were young. The neighborhood kids would always congregate in my kitchen. (seemed like it was always around dinner time). We always had room for one or two more around the dinner table. After all I only had 7 kids to feed. 2 or 3 more didn't make much of a difference. Sure do miss a house full. Now it's my hubby,and my dog
