I work as a catering coordinator and I don't get in the kitchen much at work anymore, so when I go home is when I try out new recipes or cook the old ones, (like mom use to do)but I am having a problem cooking for just two, so I am trying to find simple healthly recipes for those afternoons.I processes my own meats, we have a garden all year around, we have two boys that keep us in fish, so send them to me. They also hunt.
