Some more advocare challenge quick recipes

MEAL REPLACEMENTS RECIPES IDEAS

THIN MINT COOKIE: Mint extract and a chocolate MR
ALMONF JOY: Almond extract & coconut extract with chocolate MR
REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUP: PB2 ( POWDER peanut butter by bellplantion.com) & chocolate or Vanilla MR
APPLE PIE: Vanilla MR with apple pie filling (MADE with SPELNDA) and a small amount of instant oats add cinnamon
CINNAMON ROLL: Vanilla MR with just plain ground cinnamon ( you can add a lil vanilla extract too if you would like)
ORANGE DREAMSICLE: orange spark in a vanilla MR
OASIS BREAKFAST: vanilla MR with ADVOCARE's Oasis
MILKY WAY: chocolate with caramel extract
MANGO-STRAWBERRY SPARK & Vanilla MR ( ANY FLAVOR REALLY)
CHOCOLATE OVERED CHERRY: cherry spark and chocolate MR
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES: chocolate MR with strawberry extract

Good seasoning

I add this seasoning to everything protein! Eggs, pork chops, chicken breast, tilapia, etc. Its great on roasted veggies too. I always make a double batch and put it in a shaker.

2 T Salt
2 T brown sugar (OMIT IF CLEANSING)
1 T black pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T dried basil
1 T paprika
1 T dried tarragon (optional)

Just to start off, here is a bit of information

If you have not participated in the Advocare challenge or used any of the products you may not find this group beneficial at all. I decided to start this group in case there are others out there who may need recipes, share recipes, discuss ideas and provide or who needs some encouragement. After all, there are so many recipes out there!
