But now all the entrees are points, everything is points....
I went on ebay and bought all the points plus materials cheaper than the WW site, the book explaining the program, calculator, 3 month tracker, and eating out companion.
Know what? decided to rejoin for the online anyway for the tools.
So far lost 33#, my BF has lost some as well, atho he doesn't follow the program, is just eating what I am.
Here's one of my recipes.
WW Stuffed Shells
May 1, 2012
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 ounce semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup low fat buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 Tbs of vanilla extract
3/4 cups semiswet chocolate chips
1)Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 10 inch bundt pan.
2)Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
3)Whisk together buttermilk, oil, egg, egg white, and vanilla in a large bowl, stir in cocoa mixture. Add flour mixture, stirring until no longer visble.. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan.
4)Bake until tooth pick inserted comes outclean, 40 to 45 minutes. Lets stand too col for 10 minutes. Inver and remove from pan.
Per serving (1/24 of cake).........Point Plus Value is 4
Enjoy ya can dust light; you can dust ever so lightly with powdered sugar. Serve with diet low fat icecream or fresh strawberries or raspberries.
If you do not tell anyone this is a Weight Watcher receipe. I sure would'nt tell!

As a retread of WW I'm back at it again. Still have alot to lose but perhaps having someone else to talk to and trade receipes will help.
