Aloha!
Ive found that bagged shredded coconut in food stores tend to make my mouth itchy. Real coconut meat and water seem to have no reaction, same with pineapple. What is your opinion? And, Are There any recipes for coconut pancakes without shredded coconut?

Aloha!

Salutations everyone! Sorry I have been away for so long. My Mom passed away February 7th, 2013. I sure miss her. It's been quite a transition for me as you all know I was Mom's primary caregiver the past 20 years. Ready to get back to a routine. Hope everyone is well.
