Prime Rib advise...

I need advise from my fellow beef cooks out there. I have to make prime rib for only 2 people. Rather than getting a standing rib roast from the butcher, I have some beautiful bone in rib steaks from our very own grain fed beef that I am thinking of tying together and cooking just like prime rib. Do you think it will work well?

Please help!! If it works it will save many dollars!! I need all the advise I can get..

New Recipes!

Oh my, I have been looking at some of the new recipes posted and all I can say is that some of these are hitting my menu next week followed by a few more the following week.

Anyone grilling up some beef this weekend?

I am torn between London Broil or Flank steak. At least I have 4 hours to think about it...ugh really only 4 hours! I need to scoot and get something marinating...ha-ha

Help! I'm new, not sure how everyting works.......

Hi. I am an orphan from the Mixing Bowl.com site (which Better Homes & Gardens shut down this past week). I like Just a pinch, and have joined a few groups.. but not sure how I post a recipe to a specific group or groups.
I love beef and have several recipes.. how/where do I post them so they go in the Beef group? Thanks for any help.... glad to have landed somewhere after Mixing Bowl shut down.

Back from a 7 day vacation....

Looks like a few more awesome recipes have been posted. Making my dinner list for the week tomorrow and may have to add a few new things to the menu.
