I HAD to make another batch of Lucky Charms Pancakes and this time they were actually round & fluffier! lol

So, you might be a foodie if you HAVE to make something over again just because it didn't look right. Another dozen Lucky Charms Pancakes & bac-on for lunch today!

I also ended up making Pat Duran's, Lucky Charms Pancakes for my nephew Noah who loved them!

Now, I am not the pancake maker so I don't think I even had 1 round cake in the bunch but they did taste yummy and had a pretty green color. lol Noah had a big smile on his face and that's what counts the most. He just had to eat all the marshmallows on top first and then dug in. There was enough pancakes for everyone to have at least one. Thanks again Pat, for sharing the recipe.

I finally made Goldie's, blue ribbon winning Reuben Dip and it was a hit! Such a indulging recipe and full of flavor!

I really enjoyed this dip. I am trying not to eat very much bread these days and watching my sodium intake so I got to have all the flavors of a Reuben sandwich w/o all the calories and fat. A few bites of this dip and it satisfied my cravings. Reuben Dip

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all my IRISH LOVIN' FRIENDS!!!! I hope you enjoy your day celebrating with family and friends.

I got my Reuben Dip cookin' in the crock pot, getting ready to make Shepherd's pie, Brussel sprouts and Pat Duran's Lucky Charm pancakes for my finicky nephew. He happens to LOVE pancakes so pancakes and bacon for him. Who knows, maybe everyone else will want one too. For dessert it is simple today a sour cream coffee cake with mint ice cream. ---- I look forward to making some Irish bread over the weekend along with some Guinness Beef Stew. The Irish in me says, "Let's have Irish eats all weekend"! How about you? What do you have planned?
