I love all of the casseroles and one pot recipes we tend to share through sites like this, pot luck dinners and family functions. They are usually easy to fix, and easier on the budget, which is so important when raising a family. It seems to be one of the favorite types of recipes to share (except desserts!) I thought it would nice if we could get as many of them in one place as possible to make them easier to find.

Impossible Bacon Quiche This is so easy and it is also so delicious! It is a hit with our family and friends!
Also, a good tip from a member on TNT, you can substitute Brown and Serve Sausages (2 pkgs. quartered) for the bacon.
