My step-mother-in-law, Alice J. Nulle is a wonderful person and a wonderful cook. From time-to-time she publishes her recipes in the form of a cookbook and most of the proceeds from the sale goes to one of her favorite projects. This year it will be The McHenry County Historical Society in Union, Illinos.

Alice's late husband, Henry A. Nulle, was Sheriff of McHenry County for many years. This year's cookbook is In Memory of Henry A. (Hank) Nulle.

I've posted some recipes from Alice's cookbook here. Alice is known as a wonderful cook in Woodstock, Illinos, as well as in surrounding areas. Her cookbooks always go fast. One they're gone, they're GONE. Her recipes are from the "heartland of America". I invite anyone who loves cooking and who would like to make a wonderful additon to their cookbook collection to buy one of Alice's cookbooks. The cookbooks aren't tiny - it's more than 124 pages. You won't be disappointed. The cookbooks are $10.00 each, plus $3.00 for s/h. Her address is:

Alice J. Nulle
740 Tara Drive
Woodstock, IL 60098

Let her know how many books you want and she'll take it from there!

Thank you, everyone.
