Ever see a recipe on TV and you can't seem to find it anywhere?! Or a can't quite figure out what you're doing wrong in a recipe? Perhaps someone else in the world knows! That's what this group is for. Post whatever recipe you're looking for. Or a better version of the one you already have! The more the merrier!
When people give you constructive criticism you listen and make changes. Several people told me that they thought the coconut and nuts overshadowed the bananas so I cut back on both of those ingredients. I did and the banana flavor...... is much more prominent. I also switched from brown to white sugar and you can tell the difference. It's lighter. Give it a pinch and a try. Thanks,
I am looking for a recipe that I copied many years ago from a cookbook. It was my sisters cookbook, but we can't find it. It was a red cookbook, nothing much on the outside. The recipe was called Seafood Del Mar. Here's some of the ingredients. Fettuccini, shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, zucchini, carrots, heavy cream, Parmesan, broccoli, and your usual herbs. My problem is when I copied it, I left out part of the directions. I would love to find this recipe again. I would truly appreciate any help finding it.
Hi, I am looking for a relatively easy breakfast casserole that doesn't include mushrooms, peppers, onions, et. as this is for a church breakfast and trying to please everyone will be a challenge. Just a good basic recipe. Thanks so much!!
